BACK 2 BASICS is a 6 week series for everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners wanting to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
This workshop offers an overview of yogic philosophy and the development of yogic practice, both generally and personally. Each session will incorporate some instruction/ discussion, applied practice, and the opportunity for Q&A. Topics include, but are not limited to: Yogic history & literature, Ayurveda, posture alignment & modifications, meditation and more. It will also entail a balance between solar and lunar practices.
