Outdoor Meditation Group

Three members of our BeKEENE collective have initiated an outdoor meditation group in Chattanooga! They are offering two thirty minute sessions weekly in addition to one longer monthly practice to include hiking and/or some other outside activity. The first is a Monday morning sunrise practice in Renaissance Park and the second is a Wednesday afternoon practice in the Bluff View Art District’s sculpture garden. Monthly meetings will be held on weekends and announced as scheduled. All events are free and open to the public. Everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners of meditation, is welcome to join Yong, Caleb, and Jennifer as they explore both the inner and outer natural world.
